Store Policies

Return and Exchange: Policy All items must be brought back in their original box, along with the original receipt that is issued to the customer at the time of sale. (No receipt means no exchange, no store credit) Exchanges will only be for the same product. There are no refunds. We reserve the right to add an additional 15% restocking fee should any item be found in good working condition which the customer insists upon returning. The balance will be kept as store credit for a period of 60 days, after which the customer forfeits the amount in question.

Delivery Services: Policy All delivery big or small will be curb side drop of only no exceptions. Driver are third party contractor, we are not bonded nor insured to go in the house. If for any reason customer insists for driver to go in the house  Egoody will not be held liable or responsible for any incidents. By asking the driver to install or bring in the house you are at risk and responsible. Delivery charges are non refundable. Due to consumers who takes advantage of our free services this policy will be enforced effective: 08/4/2011

Warranty: You have 7 days to exchange for same item only(starts the day you receive and you will be responsible to bring back and exchange) .. Manufacture warranty will be 30 days.From the day of purchase. Manufacture warranty covers mechanism and parts only. Does not cover anything else (wear and tear..etc..) You are responsible to bring in to the warehouse for warranty. The manufacture will be the judge to determine if you are covered under warranty.
