How can I get refund, exchange or warranty information about my furniture?
Please contact our store and one of our trained customer service agents will be happy to assist you.

How does your delivery service work?  
Orders placed within our local delivery area will arrive on our trucks.  A customer service person will call to arrange delivery.  It is important for someone to be home to accept the delivery on the scheduled day, otherwise a redelivery charge will be incurred.

Where can I find the dimensions of a piece of furniture?
All dimensions are displayed in our online showroom under the product details for each piece of furniture.

Where are you located and how do I get there?
Statewide Furniture is located at 504 Bissets Lane, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania 17815.  Please visit our Store Locator that will provide you with turn by turn navigation.

How long will I have to wait if I ordered something?
Depending on the individual manufacturer, it takes 2 to 3 weeks to special order a specific item.  In some cases, depending on variables such as fabric availability, it can take longer.  Please contact one of our trained associates at (570) 784-8830.

Do you offer any types of discounts?
Yes!  Statewide Furniture has always been known for its competitive discount pricing.  Most major brands are discounted 20% to 30% off the manufacturers suggested retail prices.  Please speak to one of our trained sales associates at (570) 784-8830.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa and Discover as well as most debit cards.

What other methods do you offer for payment?
Other methods we offer at Statewide Furniture are bank wires (fees are applicable), money orders and cashier checks aside from credit cards.  In the case of any form of payment that has to be mailed, you must allow additional time for it to be received in the mail before your order is processed.  

Do you have a mailing list so I can be notified of special sales events; if so how do I get on your list?

I have found the similar item I want to buy from you on another website for a lower price.  Can you match their price so I can purchase it from you?
We will not be undersold.  If you find the same item with a lower price elsewhere online, please e-mail us with a link or an attachment of the advertisement, and we will match its price, guaranteed!  On top of that, whenever possible, we will even beat the price, to continue bringing the best prices anywhere.  Please note that price matching involves the complete purchasing price, along with all shipping costs and taxes.  All advertisements must be current and not part of a store wide clearance or similar offer.  PRICE CAN ONLY BE MATCHED AT TIME OF PURCHASE.

What if something is wrong with the furniture (damaged/missing parts)?
We strive to carry quality brands and deliver your new furniture in perfect condition.  If something is wrong with your furniture, we will do everything we can to help you.  Often the manufacturer wants to be contacted directly.  The manufacturer usually handles part replacements.  There will be a note in the literature that comes with your furniture that will direct you on who to call in the event that parts are needed.  If this information is not available or if you have any questions, please contact one of our trained sales associates at (570) 784-8830.
