Delivery Policy

Set-up and assembly included.  Delivery location must be within our selected delivery zone (San Fernando Valley).  If you live outside our delivery zone please inquire within.  Furniture scratches after delivery zone inquire within.  Furniture scratches after delivery or pick-up are not covered by warranty.  You have two days from the date of your delivery to report any original damages on your purchase.

Returns

Fiesta Furniture accepts returns within 7 days of a customer's receipt of an item.  We do not accept returns on mattresses, bedding, or accessories.  A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns of furniture.  Fiesta Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order prior to delivery or pick up for any reason, or cancel a specific item on your order, then you will be charged a 10% restocking fee
