The Dodd family went into the furniture business in 1947. The original store was opened by Mack Dodd on Frisco Ave in Winfield. Mack was joined years later by his son, Bud whom took over operations and sold to folks through out Northwest Al and Northeast Ms for many years until he retired in 1990. Bud's youngest son, Dale and his wife Vikki currently operate store which is presently located in Gu-win Al. This location was opened in 1977 and is currently serving folks with their furniture, appliance, area rug, bedding and accessory needs. Business has really changed since 1947 but The Dodd's are proud to be apart of the Brand Source buying group which entitles them to special pricing which helps them have the very best prices on the latest in home furnishings.
