From the 1st call, Sharon was very professional, friendly, and on top of that honest. I set up my appointment for the following day to have them fix my dryer. The following day Chad, called me to ask me some questions, he told me to check the air vent, he mentioned that HE WANTED TO SAVE ME SOME MONEY. And he did, I can't thank him enough. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future repairs.

| Imagine mid-June in Texas and your home AC dies. I hope you never find out how miserable that is. Luckily a friend of mine referred us to ACA for service. Not only did ACA get us up and cool with a new system, Jay, Ian and crew installed the system so quickly and quietly that if I didn't know beforehand, I wouldn't have known they were here! And they saved us hundreds, if not thousands of dollars over the big names in the Austin area in the process. They were courteous, friendly and above all professional. And having dealt with a large number of service contractors, and being very demanding with what I expect for my money, I am highly impressed with the quality of service. I would definitely recommend anyone to ACA for air conditioning services. |

Chad, ACA Appliance, has always been very friendly and professional. I chose his company because ACA is a small,personal, local company (as is mine). From the first phone call with Dottie, Chad's wife, to the first time I met Chad, I knew this was going to be a great business relationship.
The first time I met Chad, I was very impressed with his knowledge and straight-forward personality. He told me exactly what was going on with my mother's washer and what it was going to take to fix it. Between this great first impression and the awesome prices, I immediately handed him a key ring holding the master keys to all of the 40 units/houses I manage, one of them being my mother's house.

If you are looking for an alternative to the high cost, long wait service of some of Austin's well known, large service companies, call ACA Appliance. Every time I have called, I have gotten very fast and friendly service, often within a couple of hours. Even better, when Chad shows up at your door, you know you are going to get an honest assessment of what you need and a reasonable price to fix or replace equipment. I have been using ACA appliance for many years and honestly would recommend them. They are the most effecient company I have ever used for my AC repairs and appliances. Chad had worked on our AC, Heater, Washer, Dryer. He is VERY honest and gets the work done quickly. I have used a lot of other companies in Austin and they just do not compare to this company!
